Seven wont stay online

Sometimes when I am in I.E, the internet broadband connection box pops up and trys to connect!!
The I.E is still working but it still trys to connect, then the work offline box in tools is ticked so I untick it but, often the same thing happens again. :shock:

Hi, so 1, your internet is working,2,while it's working a pop up box comes up again and asks you to try and connect to the internet,3,after this the Internet goes off, and says you are working off line,and when you untick the box you go back on the internet and it goes away for a while ,and then comes back again,and the whole thing starts over again,is that right,

in IE8, try going to Tools - Internet Options- Connections and check the box "Never dial a connection".
