SFC and Trusted Installer? Is this normal?

I am more concerned about the 2 files - build.conf and custom.conf. All the other files have the downloaded date except these two. They are found by going into the folder. Also when I hit the download button, it changes from a https site to a non-secure site, identity not identified. Is this normal?

under C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Configuration there are 9 conf files. Two of mine (the ones I stated) have old dates where the rest of them have the date I downloaded it to my computer. I was wondering if that is normal? Seems they all should be the same date. It also has a new file under the same called rules.ref

We have no idea what you've done to your system up to this point and it's clear that you don't follow direction. Removing files and programs will not fix your problem. Challenging the contents and removing data from the Registry will cause a lot of folks to lose interest in your problem. It's already been stated that you more than likely have malware and/or a root kit virus yet you keep questioning the results of a Windows system utility. I'm not sure what you expect from those that try to help when they can't see what you've already done. Your best possible course of action at this point is to backup (save) what data you can from your system to external media and perform a clean install of Windows.

If you need help saving data (email, favorites, pictures, videos, documents, etc.) and installing Windows, there's help here to do that. We also can offer assistance in preparing your system before you start adding user software and loading the data back to a fresh system. It will be worth running scans on the data before returning it to a fresh system.

For us to help you, you must help us.

I don't understand why you responded so harshly. I only wanted to say thanks to everyone, and the reason for the delay to give my thanks was because of a lack of internet, AT&T error. I clearly must have missed something and will go back and find what it is. The only registry I did was MWB's. I would love to have it working again. Anyway. thanks to those who tried to help and gave advice.

I just read the whole thread and I don't see what directions I failed to follow. I still don't see where I question the results of a windows system utility. I really can't see any of your claims toward me. But it's ok.
