Win7 Pro x64
Alright, so I ran the SFC tool because things are bit wonky, and I got:
2011-06-01 20:34:07, Info CSI 0000003a [SR] Cannot verify component files for Microsoft-Windows-CAPI2-certs, Version = 6.1.7601.17582, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {not sure if I should post that?}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral, manifest is damaged (TRUE)

And both of these entries are repeated twice each. At first the computer wasn't booting (BSOD) so I popped in the Windows DVD and it repaired what it could and now it's booting, but SFC still shows these errors and it can't fix/replace the files its self. Now, if I could find a "microsoft-windows-capi2-certs" file on the Windows 7 DVD then I don't think I would be here right now, but as there aren't any files named that, I'm confused as to what to do next!
Any help is appreciated
