SFC cannot repair corrupt files

I have run sfc 5 times and cannot fix the errors.
I even downloaded windows 7 Pro iso disk and followed the directions on:
https://www.winhelp.us/non-destructive-reinstall-of-windows-7.html
to do a repair install.
Get error "Windows 7 Professional cannot be upgraded to Windows 7 Professional"
How vital are these files?- angel264.inf
angel64.inf
avmx64c.inf
Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix?

Hi BA,
if this is the same comp as you had last september, then W7 PRO will not install,
Your licence then was for W7 Home Premium.

This is not the same computer.
It is a desktop I bought second hand and it is Windows 7 Professional.
