sfc /scannow cannot fix corrupt MSDTS.LOG and NSLOOKUP.EXE

don't know how to proceed. Googled issue, couldn't find anything that resolves issue. Did try repair install. Had issue with windows not genuine after repair install, but it did fix problems sfc /scannow didn't fix. used disk image to restore to before repair install. Any suggestions?? here's the relevant part of the cbs.log
