sfc /scannow unable to fix corrupt files and dism error 87

Hello everyone (first time poster, long time lurker),

I am having some problems with my laptop (pelase let me know if I need to post more specs):


HP EliteBook 8460p

• Processor = Intel Core i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz
• Installed Ram = 4 GB
• System Type = 64-bit OS
• BIOS Version = HP 68SCF Ver. F.08, 8/26/2011

I ran sfc /scannow, and it says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log".

After doing some googling, I read to run: dism/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth . Now this gives me "error: 87" and referred me to the dism.log (which I have attached along with the sfc /scannow log). That has left me with no clue as to what to do. I am a fairly knowledgeable about computers, but nowhere near this degree (however, I can follow well made tutorials ). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
