Solved sfc /scannow - unable to fix corrupted files... Computer slowing down

My computer recently slowed down a bit. The only problem is that booting up windows, takes long (>5min).
I did chkdsk and no errors were found. The next thing I did was sfc /scannow, it errored. I did it again errors weren't still fixed... I need a little help, thanks in advance.

I'm no expert reading sfc logs, but this is at the very end of your log.

I would suggest that you reboot and run sfc /scannow again.
Every time you run sfc /scannow you need to reboot before starting another sfc /scannow.

I'll be trying that multiple times right now...

Still sfc /scannow is unable to repair corrupt files after 5 cycles of repair+restart pc...

It will never repair them, it`s from a bad update.

My advice, just reinstall windows, you`ll be done in 15 minutes.

Then, only install security updates.

I can post the Microsoft Link so you can download the Iso file so you can create a fresh installer.


Just tell me what version and what language.

I`m assuming Professional 64 bit ?

Windows Iso

The Windows USB/DVDDownload tool allows you to create a copy of your Windows 7/8 ISO file on a USBflash drive or a DVD. To create a bootable DVD or USB flash drive, download theISO file and then run the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool. Once this is done,you can install Windows 7 from DVD.

The ISO file contains all the Windows installation files combined into a singleuncompressed file. When you download the ISO file, you need to copy it to somemedium in order to install Windows. This tool allows you to create a copy ofthe ISO file to DVD. Then just change the bios so that it boots first. Then itwill give you two options: Install a clean install or upgrade option. Take theupgrade option. This way it will replace any windows corrupted files.

No I don't have KB3022345. I'm not sure why anybody would want it.

ya, that update was during the Windows 10 upgrade, it`s old and if you were to do an install today and run windows update, that update would not come up anymore.
