sfc /scannow unable to fix

Hi. my computer isn't working well after a problem that was mentioned in my previous thread (doesn't matter), so I tried sfc /scannow and it's unable to fix the corrupted files:

I would advise you to download and run Malwarebytes Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Protect, Detect & Remove Malware From Your PC

It's a Free Malware remover. It seems to me that you may have malware causing your issues, If this helps please let me know.

Only Some Experienced Person will be able to understand that Log and BTW same happened to me and then i left that as it is
mine also said
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
so i thought That my PC Will Get Some kind of virus or it will get damaged.
So i Downloaded Malware bytes link is in the post Above
and Microsoft security Essentials search on google.
And Download Both And Run An Deep Scan through both and Remove Infected Files then your pc Will work perfectly as before dont mind SFC leave it
