SFC unable to repair (hash mismatch)

Hello.
I was trying to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) when it said error 0x80240017. After searching for how to fix it, I tried using SFC command and there are several files which cannot be repaired, all listed as "hash mismatch". I tried to search for the answer but every time found [solved] one, it said the fix only applicable for the specific user (and might harm others). I really hope that someone can help me with this problem. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Sometimes SFC needs to be run several times for it to make fixes, as it cannot always make all repairs in one go.

Please run System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64
and post CheckSUR.log located at:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
log is temporary in that location
I should have necessary repair files.

Thanks for the answer. I've tried running it 5 times now, in which between the last 3 attempt I restart my computer. The problems still persist.

and post CheckSUR.log located at:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
log is temporary in that location
I should have necessary repair files.

Hi again Nic. I have tried installing it. Here's the CheckSUR. It seems there are no errors. What should I do next?

The log say no errors detected.
If you have the installation disk and activation key, I suggest to do a Repair Install - Windows 7 Help Forums
You launch setup from windows. It will reinstall windows, keeping all programs and data.

Win7 ISO from TechBench all editions (pro, home premium, etc. ) can be made available from any windows 7 iso - either by removing the ei.cfg file from the sources folder, or by using eicfg_removal_utility.zip

Use 7-Zip to extract win7 files from iso to desktop, then run setup.exe, in place upgrade.

Use KeyFinder | Magical Jelly Bean to locate your 25 character product key (you want CD key not product ID)

I would use dism++ to d/l and install the updates. It is very efficient as it uses the different engine.
Click Updates in the left hand column. Then click the "scan" button. It downloads the latest WSUS database, and then scans your registry. Wait for it to list available updates, then click the "install" button. It will suggest you skip a few, so just ok the popup when it does that.

Thanks Nic. I'm currently on assistance in fixing the problem (in some complicated way that I'm not entirely understand). I'll tried to finish it first since it's been a long way and might harms my computer if I suddenly stop the process. I'll tried the suggestion if the problem still persists then.
