Solved SFCSCANNOW shows NlsData001d.dll file is corrupted (also in store)

Hello.My laptop was acting funny so i did a sfcscannow check.It came back with a corrupted
NlsData001d.dll file.It is also corrupted in store so it cannot fix it .I run it twice to be sure.I have
an Image of "el_windows_7_home_premium_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_676694 " witch i unpacked with 7zip.
Where can i find the file i need?

sorry to say this but I'm afraid you're gonna have to do an in-place repair upgrade install of Windows (as in re-installing Windows) to replace the corrupted NlsData001d.dll files (and also to fix corrupted registry entries referencing that file)

that file is stored somewhere inside install.wim but it's better to just to re-install Windows 7 at this point since Windows will not allow you to manually replace the corrupted NlsData001d.dll files due to strict file/folder permissions in the store folder

Thanks for the reply.I dual boot with Ubuntu Mate ,so i cant use the system restore,but i can change the file
from ubuntu.If its ockay then registry is the issue.Is there a workaround for this?
