share internet With ICS over Wireless

I try to share my internet over wireless and I would like to use smart phone to connect to internet . but I cannot surf internet via my smartphone

I can't make heads or tails about your network arrangement here however, if you want to share the wireless connection with your laptop you will need to set it up either manually or by using the connectify software. The link below explains the process. The second link is for the connectify software if you don't want to do this manually.
