Hey,
Just got this mouse in the mail this morning, after a brief flawless session in Modern Warfare 2 I exited to the desktop where the mouse was still fine for a brief period...until the laser stopped functioning for no apparent reason. Any idea how I can fix this? or is the laser simply defective?

EDIT: Tried it now on pc's running XP 32 bit, Vista 64 bit and Windows 7 64 bit. Guess the laser is just stuffed?

Hi W477ZY,

If you tried the mouse on different computers with different operating systems with no success, then I'm sorry to say it's probably the mouse. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer.

Cheers,
