I've got an image that I'd like to clear of some minor digitizing. Are there any free online sites for doing this, maybe using AI?

That might be a question better asked at a photography forum.

Not sure what you mean, but I think you probably mean anti-aliasing -- to smooth out jagged edges. If so, try a google search for "online anti-aliasing" or something like that.

I'd like to photoshop an image, but I'm finding it difficult due to the image being slightly too low rez, with it being too blocky when I zoom in to use the magic wand properly. I'd like to get rid of at least some of the tiny blocks and blurring.

Oh, I see. You want to upscale a low-res image.

A google search for "how to upscale a low-res image" returns a few possibilities, including some that specifically mention AI. Kind of seems like a perfect use for AI, so some of those suggestions might be worth exploring.
