Shortcuts looks wierd

Looks like the shortcut arrow overlay has become corrupt. Have a look at this tutorial and use the options to put it back again - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3606-shortcut-arrow-change-remove-restore.html
You may also need this afterwards also - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/49819-icon-cache-rebuild.html
