Good morning folks,

I have a small issue that I am currently having. Our network seems to go down every few days and unfortunately it's become a "regular" occurrence. After we lose connection one user noticed that the next time he turns his computer on every shortcuts that relate to a server disappear. He is not the only one who has a shortcut to an Access file or folder located on a server, yet he is the only one who keeps losing shortcuts. I created a backup of his shortcuts he can use however that's not a true solution. They aren't getting deleted because I checked the recycle bin, they just vanish.

It'll be hard for me to test every single solution since I don't know how often this will happen. It's not the highest priority but any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all the help,

Practicaldylan

Apologies for the late response. The holidays always tend to get in the way. This seemed to work as far as I can tell. If anything ever changes I'll make sure to check back.

Thanks for the help it is much appreciated.
