I have HP desktop from 2009, and it's HD seems to be going. I want to get a new HD and do a clean OS reinstall.
My present HD is an SATA: WD Green WD10EADS Specs - CNET
I wanted to try to get an SSD and put a spinning drive in the second bay.
My questions are:
1. Can I put any old SATA SSD in there?
2. Should I look for a 3.5" drive or get a 2.5" with adapter?
3. What size of SSD would be recommended to hold OS + programs?
