I know that this is not a cat, but it just dawned on me :shock: that I also have a Max.

This is Max the Christmas Reindeer (it said so on the box) and I got him as a Christmas present in 1986 from my mother. I was 24 at the time, don't know why a stuffed animal...

For the past 28 years, wherever I have lived, Max has sat upon my dresser, bureau, bookshelf or some other piece of furniture in my bedroom.

Max has just had his dinner and now its sleepy time ... and I can do some ironing (Max likes to help so I do it when hes asleep)

Well no wonder Max sleeps so much, he's worn out from napping so much.

Cat naps is foreplay for Cats sleeping.
Cats don't want to sleep if they are tired so they nap first.
I think it's contagious to people.
