WD My Book 3.0. Having problems with it tho. I've got the latest firmware and drivers but after rebooting it isn't recognized. I have to pull the power and plug it back in. Also had major drive lettering conflicts. I manually set the drive letter and it seems OK. Not sure if I'll trust it with data yet (I want it to hold my movies) Also, HD Tune won't run. I read a review where the guy couldn't get it working either with this drive. Good speeds but I'm nervous!

I'm copying my movies from my USB 2 drive to the USB 3 drive. I'm still too scared to trust it completely but since manually setting the drive letter, it seems to be going OK. The reboot problem worries me tho. Not that I reboot often but having to kill the power and plug it back in to get it recognized is not good (unplugging the USB cable doesn't work nor does plugging it into another port, USB 3 or 2)
UPDATE: I'm copying from an internal SATA drive to an external USB 3 drive but my HDD monitor is showing massive writes on my USB 2 drive as well
UPDATE 2: I changed the drive's policy to "Better Performance" rebooted and it worked!
Very happy!

An update on my USB 3.0 drive. Idle temp is much higher than my USB 2.0 drive (at this moment the 2.0 is 32c and the 3.0 is 44c)

You can't find what? If you mean your HDD performance then you need this:
