Still working through some issue with my two adapter cards but the new system version 6.0 is up and running hard. MSI mobo glows a wonderful blue form its led's and display. The new 3.4 Phenom is very happy and my Real SSD is much faster with all the on board Sata III connections versus the adapter cards that I was using on the old mobo. It's these adapter cards that are still the issue as I can't get my esata drives to be seen ! But this is just the second day reloading from a fresh install. I put the spot cooler back in as it was so easy to configure. I took great care with the wiring but will be getting some black shielding to clean up the look in time.....stay tuned. Hope you enjoy my system it's not the end all for systems but I couldn't be happier so far !

That system is amazing. I have not seen a better system in my life yet. I do not think I have anyway. I have not seen a better looking system anyway. Could we have a picture that shows the system in it's entirety. Like a picture from a couple feet away. I would like to see the whole thing. I am amazed even more with this system I so love this. I want so bad to have one one of my own. Every time I see one on here it makes me want one even more. Anyway I am very happy for you. I hope this system makes you very happy.

Nice Rig Alan!, I admire you because you have the new version of my Board How are you liking it? I Love mine!!! Very sweet build, I wanna grab an SSD soon. I have Two Seagate 7500RPM Drives on Raid 0 But still slow! My Index Scores would be 7+ but i only get 5.9 Because of my Hard Drive... As my graphics memory and everything are above 7.2.

Im Only getting around 119 Write and 110 Read on my Stripe Raid

Im So jealous 6gbs Sata Ports and USB 3.0

Yeah i find it weird how alot of the index scores work.

This SSD is great. Is it worth the price idk I have only ran on laptops but it is fast you can tell when restarting the system. I have trouble seeing the hotkey screen (the screen that tells you what to press to access bios and such) it goes so fast. Compared to my old HDD that was in my laptop its super fast.

I wish I could put a few games and such on it but its already pretty close to half full.

I did have BFBC2 on it until the new HDD came and I can tell it was a tad faster when playing online not a lot but my HDD is also pretty bad ass so lol.

I'll say.... You can get a different score almost every time you the index.. Who knows.

Chiumiento, Thanks for the interest in the rig. It's fairly modest as I'm more of a 7-8 10ths player. Rather pick yesterdays 9's and 10's on sale. Oh and I sorted out the adapter issue on the Vantec 6 port sata unit. Turns out what you know and what you think you know are separated by this little thing called a manual. You know that thing in the box you move right past when unboxing items. As it was in this that I found that with dip switches you really had a max of 4 of the 6 to choose from. Mystery solved.

Thanks to all the the kind words on my system and thanks thobel as I have to go and kick my new rig and ask why it couldn't have grown up like your rig ! :roflmao::roflmao: But seriously that is one sick rig, I'm sure you could run a small country with that thing, man enjoy and keep us in the loop on how it benches !
