Is there a way to make Noctua's fit into 200m fan space?

They have a 140mm which you may have to adapt or just mount with two screws or zip tie it in.

Good news Dave! Don;t go overboard on the benchmarks, they do read and write to the SSD. Let it run a few days first.

My understanding is if you want the best, intel 520 will not be beaten. Crucial however is great at releasing firmware updates, while all manufactures do this, Crucial is well known for their updates both in frequency, and the ability to greatly increase the performance of your drive over time (remember SSDs run on firmware determining how the drive processes the information, reads/writes to/from chips etc, there are constant updates for most SSDs which improve the way this is done). OCZ has their latest drive, the Vertex 4. This drive is the best competitor for the intel 520, but comes at a more affordable price. You may want to consider that too.

Thanks. I was also thinking of trying to fit 80mm or their 92mm fans. Maybe 4 in that space.

I don't know how that would affect the noise though since I know that smaller fans are typically a bit louder.

I have 2 92mm Noctuas on another rig's CPU cooler and are fairly quiet running at full speed. With Noctuas most of what I do hear is air moving, not fan motor.

my crohns has had me proppa fkt lately but i finally managed to get my ssd in a couple of days ago. i had a couple of audion driver issue's but all seems ok now. touch wood and u'll be pleased to know that i didnt get any probs with the ocz ssd
