My Rig =)

Hey Guys,

I must say a very huge thank you to all that helped in answering my questions on what parts to get. So here it is after some time of assembling, did it all by myself.

Running onboard graphics till I decide on what GPU i want and stock cpu fan till i get the Hyper 212 Evo (I find the temps are a bit high).

Any comments or suggestions are much welcomed

Quick question, i want to replace the front 120mm fan with an LED fan with an on/off switch. I was looking at this so far. Do you guys have any suggestions on any others i can use. Blue LED 120mm fan with an on/off switch?

Nice looking rig, good choice on components, congrats.

Just be sure to get a quality quiet fan, I'm using Nocs which are very quiet but no LEDs. The other guys will suggest some quality brands.

I got something in the mail today. Or rather something back from RMA. Just trying it out to see if it runs, and it does. And, yes Paul, this is the only time you will ever see me use the Intel stock cooler. I'm sure I won't make it look as good as some of the rigs I've seen lately.

Thanks, RaviR. They do their job pretty well, but the sad part is, that board will hold 3 of them, at least.

They're both pretty much overkill for the games we have today. As long as it plays games well, it really does not matter what number is on it. Since I RMA'd that board, I've been using my 6970, and it plays as well as any of them. The 670 will crush it in a benchmark, but it will still play my games just as well.

You'll get a nice performance increase over your 6970 with that 670 Steve.
