I've always liked the silver 600T. Also was interested in how you like your Swiftech closed/open loop cooler? Nice rig great cable management and I'm sure the rig is very quick !

I have only had the swiftech cooler one day, so far my idle temps are about 33C with a 78F ambient. I had a H100i (idle temps were about 38C w/ same ambient) and the pump died after 3 weeks! Since I had a problem so quickly with the H100i I just could NOT give them a 2nd chance and went with the Swiftech.

The swiftech would not go over 55C even after 4 straight hours of MKV conversion via handbrake (CPU usage 65% constant)

This is especially for Lady Fitzgerald, what a proper bench test looks like. It's real messy, I had to dismantle another computer to get the parts for this one. So, I have a computer and server to build now.

It must be the marble top and silver arms on the chair creating a magnum flux bubble so it posted.

Nice Tuf Design rig here, the swiftech h220 is already out of stock in all my local stores!

Nice rigs lately....

Decided to do some homework and tided my cables management a bit!

REally nice job Non the thing that would have made it a 10 would have been the slide over cover for the PSU cabling like the Coolermaster HAF XM but I really do like the braided stuf too that is real cool.

Thank you! I thought about that Haf XM Psu cables cover and a way to build my own, but i'm using at bottom a 120mm fan.

Shouldn't make that much difference mate as there is stacks of space for air flow around from the ends of that cover. Just thought how about making a few neat holes in the top of the cover to allow the flow upwards?? It wouldn't look bad as long as the holes were kept neat and reasonablt small - just use more

That's the only knock for the swiftech sealed system is the standard hose length is crazy long. Good news bad news is you can cut and shorten the hose to make it a complete custom length but then it makes filling and topping off the system mandatory. From what I've read many will add colored tubing and a reservoir but if this is the case then why not build an open system from scratch?

Cooler Master store sells them for $2.50, I think. They sure make the clutter look better and enable you to route cables different and still keep it looking tidy. I bought 3 of them from Cooler Master. I'm not sure if they sell the HAF XM ones or the HAF X ones, but it does not matter, they're both the same.

Thanks Steve I didn't know they came separate out here might be a different story. I thought inserting the holes might help that air flow in that particular instance but I know you think I am quite potty so.....

Quite potty? Actually what I think is you Aussies speak a foreign language, to me. I think you could put holes in it if you like, but it is open on both ends and a HAF case should not get that hot to bother wires. It never has bothered mine.

No I meant if that if Non wanted to or could put a shelf in that case of his the holes allow a good stream of air through from that bottom 120. You once called me a tinkerer and well that is a good example of it
