Very well done, Ryan. That looks like a great build. Congrats. You did fine work, I know you are proud of it, as long as you don't have to carry it around too much. Doesn't look like a Lan Party case. LOL. Fine job, and yes, that nipple works real well. Once you get everything lined up and drop it down, it won't move. Sure is easier isn't it.

Cheers chap! Yeah i'm proper chuffed with it :D
nah i wouldn't want to be moving it much, The furthest it will travel is from the edge of my desk to the middle when it needs cleaning or changing. Empty it probably wieghs double what the the 500R does.

...When i installed the mobo in my carbide which ha the normal standoff's i struggled to hold the board inplace aswell as try to get the first screw in. In this one i just popped the board onto the nipple and had 2 free hands to do whatever. LOADS less hassle.

If a case doesn't have a nipple, one could always put a short piece of all-thread (or cut the head off a screw) into a standoff to make one's own nipple, then once the other standoffs have screws in them, remove the "nipple" and replace it with a screw. I installed my MOBO in the case while the case was laying on its side so I had no trouble aligning and installing the screws. Just put in an easy to locate corner screw, then just rotate the MOBO a bit to align the rest of the holes.

Finally done :D It took me a bit longer then i thought as i had t clean everything first aswell as running into a couple of problems. The Lamptron FC2 fan controller i planned on using would just not go in. Its about 3mm too wide
It was a really nie case to build in and it may only be a small thing but my fav part was something i'd never seen before. The center most mobo standoff had a little nipple on it instead on the usual screw. So it made installing the mobo a load easier than it was in my 500R.
I planned to try and mount the hdd in the back so the ssd's could sit on the floor of the front but i just couldn't be arsed lol.
I've still got to swap out the stock fans for some AF140's and the Cougar's to SP120's aswell as get a couple of Bitfenix cable extension's but that won't be for a while.
I'm happy with the result's :D

Edit: @Tommy, Ocz have a bootable tool for updating the Agility3/4

Ok, so we didn't make it on time, cards arrived too late and we didn't want to show up with a half assed rig...
Will show it in a larger show by the 20th.
BTW, it is already sold, hence some last minute aesthetic changes.

Here it is, hope you like how it is shaping up. Will be ready during the weekend.

Cheers,

J

Juan that is excellent work, I really like the green. What is the round thing with a radioactive logo?

Thanks Gary! I like the green too.

The round thing is a flow indicator. The radioactive logo, a helix or turbine, spins according to the liquid speed.
There's no way of telling that the liquid is moving when you do not have bubbles in the system, unless you have an electronic flow sensor, hence the helix.

Cheers,

J
