I know that I have enought space for making some changes there, but I'm also limited with the PSU, the cables are a bit short. You can see that for the CPU power connector, that's why that cable is not going from the back side.
Also, maybe this is not the right thread, but I need some help with connecting this cables for the front side. I'm not sure about them so I leave them unplugged.

Looks like all of your front panel goodies = usb 3.0 possibly and head phones...
The other usb are usb 2.0's

Yes, that's right. I have USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports at the front, also and the SD card reader. But I don't know where to plug them into motherboard.

Your motherboard manual should show exact location for those cables.

Ok, that blue connector plugs into the 19 pin socket just below the 24 pin socket on the MOBO (motherboard).

The two connectors marked USB go to two of three sockets at the bottom of the MOBO that are marked USB. It doesn't matter which two you use.

The one marked HD Audio goes into the Audio socket at the bottom left of the MOBO.

You can buy extensions for the PSU cables. Extensions for the CPU power cable is the most popular one.

I'm amaze by your first build and powerful that might be that proc with the x99 board, very good job and congrats!!

I was wondering is it worth now to wait for Skylake and z1xx motherboard with DDR4, or heading to a good revised Z97 motherboard and a Haswell "K" Proc, with part of the actual DDR3 i do own. Which seem to be called an upgrade instead of a new build. I'm working on that. I'll prefer to start from scratch with windows 10 but these days make it difficult. A new build could be priced between 2500$ to 3000$ as i really wants to keep Windows 7 as it is, i do want to strip some hardwares parts for the new machine that will have no need in actual, if.

Here it still goes priced due to exchange rates and retailers offers make it just as the price it should have been.

I don't know about the upgrading bit but it's always worth waiting to see where the newest stuff goes pretty much why I got the x99 board instead of a z97 or z87 which by the way are almost free now 99.us

This holiday season will likely be the best time to get the almost cutting edge products and dirt cheap prices

Well, holiday season bargain is already here but no real change...

Since Skylake (microarchitecture) appears to be launched in Aug/Sept 2015 just after Windows 10 launch, could be wise to wait a little, learn and dig infos about this new coming. Looks also the LGA 1151 is backward compatible DDR3 as Skylake support too. I'm not intend to build a horsepower rig, just a good one, x99 motherboard is a little too priced for me with the socket and proc it needs...

Yep mine was a next 5-6 years build not a 1-2 then upgrade a bunch of stuff after that build.
But everyone has to cross that bridge = upgrade now or later.
I chose now it was time

GPU wise I'm a month too premature but realized it in time to recover money with limited loss = restocking fee and shipping.
At least there's no open box b-s to deal with

Well, it's not a bridge crossed you've made.. I do see a canyon crossed between older and new one!!
Wish you good on that one, Haswell-E is not to hide with that board. I can understand that!

My actual was my first build start in May 2012 too with some parts upgrades, after years of laptops, i'm a little desktop PC hooked now. Can't see myself again on a tiny laptop!
