Here's a new rig I built. Lancool PC-K62. It has 3-140mm and 1-120mm fans and is completely tool less. Cable management is the best I have seen on any case. Check out the thumb screws for installing the mobo! SSD drives bolt right into the HD sled. I could go on and on. The best part........$109 I would highly recommend this case. It's better than my Lian Li PC-B70 and it was almost 2.5X more $$ Check out this video review if you're interested. Have a great day! (BTW it's not finished yet so I will hide most other cables too)

Hello Nate, I didn't have time yesterday to say, looks real good; I may look into that case.

Hi BFK,

Yes, I gave up a $280 case for this one. I am very happy with it.

The only bad things I can find are no e-sata on the front panel and not aluminum. That's all I can say bad about it. If you have e-sata on a PCI bracket like me.....I didn't even have to worry about that. haha Good case.

Mine is nothing exciting, but I like the black style, and the BIG power button. I can't open it up though, it'll void my warranty... The computer is brand new, bought it a month ago.

At the end of the day you really pay for the name in my opinion. I have yet to see Lian Li's aluminum produce better thermal characteristics than any steel case I have ever owned. Considering the 902 is a slightly smaller brother to the 1200 I would have went with the 902. Congratulations with the purchase , hope you enjoy it regardless.

Do you even read stuff before you comment on it?
The whole entire PC was built for low-sound.

Hence the reason they went with water cooling and a huge radiator so the fans could spin at min rpm.

And for some people that rig isn't 'overkill'.......

Yes I read before I post. That many fans on the outside of the case will make some noise...even when spinning at low RPM. I called the rig overkill as that many fans are likely not necessary or making a big difference.

Hello Nate, you sure you want to use an 860?

Hey BFK, I have been doing some reading. I'm not sure yet but for the $$ it sure seems like the best way (for me). I will keep reading but it seems like the 860 is right up there with the i7920 (the best bang for the buck until now) It seems from all I have read the i7860 is on par with the 920 even with dual channel DDR3 instead of triple channel.

I have been thinking about the i7920 but for the $$ (new boards included) I think the i7860 is the best for the buck right now. (mobo, CPU, RAM included)

What do you think? Am I wrong? I know I can build a better system but for the bang for the buck????? I would LOVE to hear what you have to say. Maybe I should start another thread. haha

Here is the type of thing I am reading all over the net today. It's a long read (19 pages) but this page tells a lot. Read when you have a few minutes.

Maybe I should start another thread. haha

Hello Nate.

My reference was to the 1156 mobo and the P55 chipset as opposed to the 1366 and the X58 mobo.

For me, I want to run at least 2 V cards at x16 and as far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong) the P55 won't do that; I need to really study all this but I don't intend to get the rest of my i7 parts for another month or two.

Maybe a thread would be a good idea, if the fanbois don't take it over; let me know if you start one as I'll be interested.
