Show Us Your Rig

Ignore em Marin. Building a pc is a major achievement. I know I just did (first time) and without major help on this forum I just would not have succeeded.
My cables were all over the place but once I was sure I'd got everything right I went back and tidied them a bit. Still not perfect but a bit better.
Also I have a case that makes cable tidying easier. They're all behind the motherboard tray like a birds nest. Out of site out of mind.
I'm going to put some pics of mine up later hopefully.

Well, look at it this way, it's YOUR PC, YOU built it, YOU have it how you want it, That's an accomplishment in itself, you SHOULD be happy, no average Joe can build a computer.

And besides, mine's no neat nest either.

that is great case!i cant hide my cables nowhere,i can only tie em up or hide them under the dvd drive -.- still dont wanna take all credit for building a pc,my friend assembled the intel quad...still it was a very expensive back then and way to complicated.I still dont know nothing about that "gel" that goes over CPU

Nice setup. You're making me wish I had an aluminum case. There's something about them. They just look better. I can't believe I sent 2 back.

Thanks Nate and BFK. I'm still amazed it works when I switch it on. I only started with pcs 6 years ago and would never have dreamed I could do this. I can't wire a plug or programme a VCR

Great systems everyone.

I wanted to drop by the Show us your Rigs section since I've not been by here in way to long. I don't have pictures to show you all yet. but I've recently got 2 more new toys, one is a part of my RIG, and the other is a 32GB ipod Touch 3rd Generation. It's a fun toy. but my new Monitor is even prettier.

I just got the Dell U2410 Ultrasharp 24" IPS Panel. (The IPS is simply amazing, it beats any junker TN panel to the ground) I can't imagine going back now. I thought my Samsung T240 Monitor was nice, this Dell U2410 BLOWS IT AWAY. I'll post pictures soon, I just switched from the Build 7201 to Ultimate 64 so I need to set it all up first.

Here's some info, I highly recommend you guys that need the quality of a Wide Gamut and IPS Panel, and it's viewing angles, as well as amazing color reproduction for Video, and Photo work. As well as a fast enough Response time to still play games, than the U2410 is for you.
