It's a funny thing, but it seems that My AMD Athlon 64 X2 Black edition shows WEI of 6.2 @ Stock 3.2GHz but when I clock it to 3.298GHz it scores 6.3. I think that there is 0.1 available WEI score on Dual cores. It seems a little more on Quad Cores. It's funny- I've tried OC'ing the CPU; got it up to 3.00 Ghz; it didn't make any difference at all in the WEI score (so I just set it back to stock).
Now, why would that be?
I'd be interested to hear what results others have had when O'Cing CPU and how WEI scores the tune up.
