Strange Clock Behavior

Just wondering if anyone here has seen this kind of clock behavior before? I am sure I would have a better chance at a stable overclock to improve the WEI CPU score if I could get the clocks to settle down a bit.

Nice scores everyone, there has been some blazing scores as of late. I agree " SSDs are a great performance upgrade.. " . I look at some systems of friends that are still running platter drives, The system hangs a long time at the welcome screen. Ever since I got on the SSD wagon I haven't seen the welcome screen. I wonder if it's still there? Not one bit sorry I went this route. I'm sure most of you that are contemplating it also will think. ' I should have done this from the start of the new build. ' I know I should have.
