Here's mine. looks like i need a better graphics card lol. i do have a phenom II 980 Black Edition and 2GB more RAM on the way

this was the AMD Athlon 64 x2

I have two Windows 7 machines, the older one running an AMD Phenom II 975 with a 150GB WD Raptor, and the newer with an Intel i7-2600k and a 128GB Crucial M4 SSD. This is the first Intel rig I've owned since buying my first PC - a 200MHz Pentium MMX IBM Aptiva - in 1997, and I feel sort of like a traitor after building nothing but AMD systems for the past 11 years.

Both of these WEI runs were made with CPUs overclocked to 4.2GHz, and the graphics cards in both rigs are identical. The biggest difference between the two machines by far is the SSD vs. HDD performance.

i remember when i installed changed my processor from E5200 to Q6600 my score increased to 7.3 for CPU but after reinstalling windows it says 7.1 now no matter even if i re-run the assessment :huh:

Here's An Updated WEI w/ my Phenom II 980 OC'd to 4.2Ghz. I'm gonna save my pennies for a SSD and 2GB more RAM on black friday Processor, Memory, & Gaming Graphics all saw significant increases

Nothing wrong with that. But yes, regardless of the score, you'd enjoy a SSD. A Guy

We'll look forward to it. You'll love the SSD. In my opinion, it's the most noticeable improvement you can do to a computer.
