Alright, my water cooler is on the way in the mail as I stated in my intro thread. I expect it between Wed and Fri this upcoming week. Once I have that installed I will take pics and show you guys. And thanks for the kind words. I am actually saving up for two SSD drives so I can set up a simple RAID. I was thinking two small sized SSD drives to save money, after all...I just plan to use them for the OS and a few programs. All my data is on external SATA drives.crankypenguin,
That's a cranking rig cranky. Definitely power in reserve and like Steve said there's plenty of time to wait for a killer sale of a top flight SSD drive. Look for a minimum 120gb and pull the trigger when you can. You should get some picture together and post them in "Show us your rig" thread !
I agree with A Guy, one larger SSD would be better, SSDs in RAID don't give that much better performance in use.Alright, my water cooler is on the way in the mail as I stated in my intro thread. They all show that. As far as I am aware, Windows 7 does not support DX11.Thanks guys, any idea why it shows DX10 at the bottom, I'm clearly DX 11
