It depends on the timings more than speed my ram is 32GB as well but 2666 and that uses 11-13-13-35 timings so winsat mem gives it a score of 24GB/s where if I set it to 2400 then use better timings of 10-12-12-35 i get 32GB/s.

Oh my.. So, the reference Titan Black appears to be the 780Ti with double the memory and a 889MHz core speed over the Ti's 875MHz, and now EVGA have taken it to 967MHz..? In a 3-way setup, that's some mind-numbing collective GPU power right there.
