They can't stop me!

... if i pull up a WEI in the computer store and see anything LESS than a 4.5, i pass it up quicker than you can say "Show Us Your Wei" Go figure! lol

The one time you realy need WEI, (When your shopping around, and trying to decide what to buy), Sams club, Walmart, Best buy, They all have that feature disabled, ( at the ones I visit ) I just figure there is a reasion they don't want you to know, and move on. Time to buy from someone else, or build your own.

When i find the Control Panel "missing" when i'm trying to check a WEI or the Device Manager, i just sign off the system by choosing "log off user" and TWO accounts always come up, the administrator account and the other "Limited Options" one. I then go find some "unsuspecting" salesperson, and innocently say, can u sign on and inevitably he signs on the "Administrator" acct, and leaves, and i'm free to check out all the details i need! To be fair to the retailers, they "disable the control panel" more so kids and vandals don't screw up the system" more than trying to "deceive the public".... Thats my take on the matter

I want it too But when you can get 200Mb/s 1000Gb for 200 bucks... I think I'll wait.

I compared my RAID 0 speed to 5400rpm netbook drive. They do want SSD, no other explanation.

one X25M-G SSD will yeild a 7.8, so it will take ssd in Raid 0 for 7.9 or it did for me, a 7.9 can be had in every catagory but processor, hopefully that will change March 16th with the 980X, I've yet to see a legitment pegged 7.9

Here it is. The HD score weird, RAID 0 or not (sigle drive) remais the same.

My 7200RPM segates only went from a 5.9 t0 a 6.1 whin switched to raid 0, the access time will always put tridational HDD's at a disadvantage, but it's still a good setup bang for the buck compaired to sinking $1,000 into 2 SSD's 2(160).

new WEI score

Here is my new score w/my new XFX Radeon HD 4770. I must say I was flabbergasted by the upgrade. What an improvement. My Old score was a 3.3

Hehehe... I OCed my two 8800GTS cards last night, and just had to see if my WEI changed; my Graphics and Gaming Graphics went up from 6.8 to 7.1 (previous scores).
