Side by Side error for a game application.

Hi for some reason I am getting the "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." on a game I want to play and I'm not sure how to fix this. I attached a photo of the error I get. Any help would be appreciated.

What game is it? That might give us a clue as to why it isn't working.

Has it ever ran successfully on your PC before this? Or did you just install it?

The game is called Digimon Masters Online.

Yes it ran successfully on my Laptop before this.

I am using Windows 10 and it worked on it before. But I will go to the sister forum and post there.
