Sleep Crashing

Hi, I am a semi n00b and I would really be grateful to whomever helps me out. I recently upgraded my Toshiba Satellite L305 from Vista Basic to Win7 Home Premium and I've been having this issue. On an inconsistent basis, when I put it to sleep it crashes.
Sometimes it crashes as soon as i put it to sleep and sometimes when I wake it up. I don't think I'm getting a BSOD, it justs restarts and gives me the option to open in safe mode or with networking. I've searched online for hours and frankly I'm stumped.

Thanks so much for your time and help!!

Thanks for the quick response. That link doesn't seem to have drivers for my model? Also, do you mean that i should update BIOS?

In these is no link for your model this means the manufacturer has discontinued your model and no longer provides any updates

Thank you so much for responding again, I appreciate this so much! My computer is only 1.5 years old, so I think I just am not understanding something. My laptop is model Satellite L305 and that link only has for Satellite L300, L300D and jumps to L350, L350D.
I upgraded my BIOS, chipset drivers, modem drivers and I'm still having sleep crashing. I can't seem to find the "TOSHIBA PC Firmware Linkage Service driver" or the "TOSHIBA ACPI-Based driver."
Enclosed are new files.
Thank you so much again!!

I think I figured it out. Windows Update seems to have installed TOSHIBA x64 ACPI-Compliant Value Added Logical and General Purpose Device. I am running a 32 bit laptop. Now, can someone help me remove this? Thanks so much!
