"Sleep" disables from shutdown menu. How to enable?

Hi,

I built my own computer 2 years ago.
At the time, my motherboard had issues with the C-sleep states, so I had it disabled, I can not remember how.
Now I have a new motherboard, but I can not find the way to re-enable it again.

It is just greyed out in the start > shutdown menu.

What can I check to find out where this was set?
