Sleep Mode: Wont load when back or slow

Hey guys!

Well i have win 7 pro 64 bit.

Though i have an OEM not an upgrade. I hate shutting down my comp, so i like to make it sleep.

Though when i put it to sleep or when the timer auto. sleeps my computer, when i come back to log on, i click my profile to log on either i get

- Windows does not load, will be stuck in the loading page. (once i left it for 10 minutes, stuck at the loading windows page) and i have to force restart my computer.

- Or

- It does load back to my desktop, though everything is running SO SLOW. My internet explorer freezes and it says "not responding" no music will load, folders takes ages to load. Even when i go have lunch and come back, my comp is still very slow. Thus i ahve to restart again.....annoying..
