Slow startup, unable to download...

...malware antibytes unistalled, ESET blocked, fire fox blocked.

Eset detects cngaudit.dll is causing the problem, but i am unable to remove it using eset. Ive tried booting into safe mode and deleting it there but it still says its in use.

Anyone have any ideas?
