@Britton30, in your post#17 you said "Save AS .gif", which I think I know how to do but then what? Am I supposed to have created a folder named gif's somewhere which I then would open, click on the one I want, & it will add to my post just like the ones here in this forum? :( :o

Grits, when you click Save as, a dialog popup will ask you where to save and the option of file type. Put in any folder you like, make a new one if you like. Mine is called "Special Smileys". Then upload, email etc. as you like.

Tried it again & followed thru with the install. Mine came up as a trial version but went ahead with it. I played around with it a bit, then was going to come back here to post but got the same pop up about "IE not responding" as I did with WOT. I tried going 'online' with several sites & got the same thing so Uninstalled Smileycons & now no problem with IE.

You could try deviantart. Its a safe place to download things from and do have lots of smilies/emoticons. Its pretty avant garde though, so you might have to search a little for what you want/need.

Browsing deviantART

Its a huge site also, but just type smilies or emoticons in the search box. No need to register either.
