Snipping Tool screen utility has disapeared

The Snipping Tool utility has vanished. I pinned it to the Start Menu. For some unknown reason it has disappeared and it is enabled (Tablet Features is turned)

What could have caused a utility included in Windows to vanish? :shock: What should I do to get it back?

The Snipping Tool utility is back. I went to a notebook where it was working and found snippingtool.exe stored in C:/Windows/Sytem32. I then went to the notebook where it was missing and found the file was there. I then made a shortcut and put the shortcut on the Desktop from there I moved the shortcut to Accessories on the Start Menu. I wonder how the short cut was deleted.

To check the rest of Windows 7 system files I would run sfc /scannow.
