Somebody help me to find drivers

Hello! i'm esuma, my pc has missing some drivers. These drivers are
-Base system device
-Broadcom USH
-PCI serial port
-PCI Simple communications controller
I've tried to find them but I failed, can somebody help me?!!

What model is your Dell laptop? Can you also post a screenshot of your Device Manager showing the devices with a :warn: next to them.
