Someone For the Love of God HELP ME PLEASE!!

Stuck out in the Ocean somewhere you aren't in a position to return the thing to the manufacturer as yet.
However, the first step is, as noted by iseeuu, always to return it to manufacturer's condition if that is possible. Usually by using the supplied software. That's not quite the same as using a Win 7 fresh install. It usually means a reformat and returning the HD to the set up that came preinstalled, down to the last annoying preinstalled bit of dodgy trialware.
At the very least that will let you see any differences from a standard WIN 7 set up. And/or get the thing working in a useful manner for you. Even if it's not how you want it to be.
And then you have two options. Use it well, then,
1. If it is working properly find out from the manufacturer's web site what is essential to the set up before messing with the Windows 7 install again or;
2. If it still isn't right it'll have to go back.

The mouse took most research. I hate that click on the wheel, this one has the old fashioned smooth wheel. There aren't many about.
ok got it back with an install from the recovery disc... unfortunately still having the problem... i guess i can wait till tomorrow (im on duty today) and go to an internet spot and try to do updates again or get sager tech support in chat or something. or just get an RMA number. I about give up making my $5000 "hey you just finished 18 months of deployment out of the last 24" gift to myself work. They can either send me a working one or i will go for the alienware which is comparable to this one (though i have heard nothing but bad things about alienware too so idk).

OK! What ever you decide to do we are happy to help out all we can. Would like to know how you get along?

Ahh

This does suggest that the issues aren't down to your work, but are their problem.
See what they say.

after searching around i found that there were a few other people having the same problem (none resolved unfortunately). One person believed it was the specific hard drives they use have that problem frequently. No help really though.

Are you able to use it at all now? Does it run with the factory install? Have you received any help from the Sager web site?

Cheers!
Robert

I can always get it back to factory install but I still have a at least the freezing. I recently found out that i cannot restore the computer from hibernation, every time i get black screen and a missing/corrupt file with a restart. sending it back lol.
