Hi. I hope my title was good and what this site would expect or find helpful.
So I have a problem and I don't know what's going. I have an HP Win7 64-Bit. AMD Six-Core 3.3Ghz & 10Gb Ram (just for info's sake). My windows experience rating is only 5.0 in Computer properties, lol. I know, One would think it would be higher.

I haven't formatted in about almost two years. I know one should try to do that at least once a year, so you always have a clean system. But it really gets tiring formating, and reinstalling everything back.
I usually run CCleaner and stuff to make sure it runs free of clutter and other stuff that might just decrease its speed. I run Ableton Live sometimes to mess around with music production, and It's lagging and so annoying now.

Here's where my problem begins. About a month ago. I noticed that while my CPU continues to remain at a normal 2-10% (Depending what's open). However, my memory use has been pretty unusually high. Constant. Like from 40%-80%. I am sorry that I really don't remember what it used to be (had no real use to look it up. I'd just look up CPU which is 1-10% normally -again, continues to stay that way).

I have that free Startup CPL program and this is what I have starting up on boot up;

KeyScrambler
SearchandDestroyTray
ZALFree Antilogger
ZoneAlarm
Peerblock
Sidebar (CPU+Memory. What I started running after this problem)
Onedrive (Now disabled)
Spotify Web Helper
Hydra Vision Desktop Manager

Thanks in advance.
:D

you are running two different anti keyloggers, KeyScrambler and ZALFree. I'd disable both for now, then re-enable only one,if you really think you need one.

You don't need to reformat, ever. Just learn exactly what it is start > run > msconfig > startup, and start > run > msconfig > services > hide microsoft services. If those two areas of your machine are kept to a minimum, your machine will stay fast.
