Sony Vaio wont charge battery after clean windows 7 install

Yeah thats the ones i have installed.. Damn even after a restart it does not work..

This is a very long shot Install Vaio Care .. In the hope it can update the Driver ..

It does not seem there is a posibility to update only "self heal"
