Sound Crashing Constantly

I try to play SimCity 4 Deluxe and I am using headphones and it keeps crashing. The sound is in a loop and I have to restart SimCity 4 Deluxe every 2 minutes and it is annoying me.

Come up with some solutions how to fix this problem on my gaming computer. You might need my system specs.

check event viewer (type eventvwr in search) for critical errors (they have red in the left column) that say app hang, app crash, or anything related to sound

when you find them use the built in snipping tool to make a screen shot, and up load it to us using the attachment icon (shaped like a peper clip ) in the reply form

I have solved the problem but the front audio sockets are not working. The connections are correct and they are hooked up to the motherboard.
