Sound & Internet function keys not working - Medion laptop (P6624)

Having searched for a solution I followed the instructions for ensuring the Human Interface Device Access was set to Automatic and Started.

However, these functions still do not work. They were working fine about a week ago so I am wondering if the latest Windows update has something to do with this?

That's entirely possible I guess. Have you tried updating any drivers for any of the hardware affected? Medion's download page is here , you might want to check MEDION UK - Downloads

Thank you Indianacarnie, but there are so many downloads to choose from for my model. Any idea which one's I should try?
