Sound problem while updating

Hi,

I'm new,so I don't know do I need to post here or in Drivers section.

Week ago my microphone has broken.So I went to update it and I got the latest driver of it it's not working again and I can't hear anything,after that I need to Roll Back Driver.I did same for Sound driver and it is also as microphone all that happened also for Sound driver.
It is Realtek High Definition Audio,headset Steelseries Siberia v2 red.
Driver provider: Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Driver date: 8/30/2011
Driver version: 6.0.1.6449
Digital Signer: Not digitally signed
Can anyone please help me?I want to play with my friends Counter Strike 1.6 and to speak via TeamSpeak 3.Thanks in advance.

Have you tried checking the volume mixer to make sure that the microphone you want to use is selected and turned up?
