Sound problems with Lenovo

i recently upgraded to Windows 7 and it says that there is no audio playback devices installed
i tried installing drivers already, troubleshooting, and uninstalling then reinstalling the driver to no avail someone please help it would be highly appreciated

Yeah ive been there and installed the vista audio driver already

and no it isnt showing anything as inactive (im assuming that if its inactive it has the yellow triangle next to it)
