Sound Works.. when speakers are OFF!?!?!

Ok, i updated my integrated sound drivers with windows 7, and now my speakers only work when i have them off. and its very faint. Whats going on?!

Second, can you please let us know what Motherboard you have? Make/Model would be helpfull, then maybe we can get to the bottom of this issue.
