Spell Checker not working in Internet Explorer 11

You show 2.75GB in use so there's something there. Post an image of your restore points. At the bottom left of the RP window, be sure to check "Show more restore points" or it will only list the last three. Any RPs you create will be listed as Manual under the Type column. DO NOT click Next from this screen. I just want to see the RPs.

I forgot to mention before:
Allocating 39% of your disk drive for restore points is probably an overkill. For large drives, 10% or less is sufficient. I reserved about 20GB on a 120GB drive and have RPs dating back for several months. As you can see, they get created automatically for numerous events. It doesn't hurt if you have the disk space but it's probably unnecessary. JMO.

Also, RPs are NOT a replacement for Backup. Restore points will not save your personal data files. You need to do regular backups for those. Restore points will save system settings and system files ONLY!

There's a lot more than nine. ;) Note the slider to the right of the window. I suspect you haven't had it turned on long enough to get the automatic RPs (Weekly) (Should be Daily). And you have to turn it on for Windows Backup by selecting System Image. If you use a third party backup, I suspect you'll have to perform a manual RP if it doesn't provide a system image. I also do a manual RP before I "test" or add new software. You should also get automatic RPs before Important/Critical updates from Microsoft. The RP list says Critical but I've seen it do RPs during Important updates too. This could be an oversight by MS when they updated their descriptions for updates.

If you have some flaky "fix-all" utility or have tried to arbitrarily clean your system with a utility, you may have damaged or removed a folder called System Volume Information. This is the Windows reserved folder that stores RPs, among other things, that many suggest removing to gain disk space. Bad idea! This folder is also a target for some malware.

Added:
If you reduce the size or turn off system protection, Windows will remove the RPs to fit within the space allocated. So be careful when setting options in System Protection.

Thanks again for your suggestions.

I know there are a lot more dates in that picture I just counted 9 which have a large date span from 9 to 21 and there is probably a lot more further down. The System Volume Information is hidden system so you can't see what's in there but I have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scanned it and its clear.

I've put the Disk Space Usage back down to 20% from 39% as suggested. Its a 1TB drive about 40% full.

I've never used any backup software I just store important files on flash drives.

Ok I did a reinstall because of annoying problems with gadgets being on top and it wouldn't save restore points only manually. It started showing restore points for a few days now they have all disappeared apart from the manual ones I done.

I Goggled this problem.

System Recovery won?t save restore points - Microsoft Community
Method 1: Let's first make sure that the Volume Shadow Copy service is running and restart the same.

a. Click Start, type services.msc in the Start search bar and press Enter.
b. Locate Volume Shadow Copy service.
c. Right-click Volume Shadow Copy and select Restart.
d. Now, right-click Volume Shadow Copy and select Properties.
e. Select Automatic under Startup type.

After restarting the Service successfully, please try backing up and check if the issue gets fixed.

Method 2: You may also run System File Checker [SFC] scan on the computer which will replace the missing or corrupt files & check if the issue persists.

a. Type ‘cmd’ in start search box. Right click on cmd in the Program list and then select the option Run as administrator.
Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
b. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow

I did a sfc /scannow and no problem found.

I enabled Volume Shadow Copy service but the following day no extra restore dates were listed, I have to manually add them each day which is annoying.
