Unable to View CGM Files in Internet Explorer 11

Hi all, I have a lot of automotive illustration files I use to be able to view in windows 7. They are .cgm files and they use to be viewable in internet explorer. From what I gather MS in all their glory changes something in the viewing of active X that has broken the feature. I tried lowering the security settings in IE 11 and it didn't work. Anyone know of a work around?

I have firefox and it doesn't open .cgm files. It asked what helper you would like to use or to download.

Thanks for clarifying that snick. That app doesn't work either plugin was pulled.
